After a 17-year hiatus, he returned to running and has enjoyed a number of 5K’s, 10K’s, and Marathons, including Disney, Chicago, and Sarasota. Roger is a Online Administrator for Vertex, Inc. and is active at Living Lord Lutheran Church. His wife, Carmen, and daughter, Kristine, have both walked/jogged the Disney half-marathon.  Roger's daughter, is a recent graduate of UF and his son attends State College of Florida.   Lenny LoCastro, Vice-President An insurance consultant, Lenny has finished a marathon and several 5Ks. Lenny comes from a family of runners, including his Uncle Ray, who is also a member of the club. Lenny's company, LoCastro Insurance, is a generous sponsor of our annual Boo Run at Lakewood Ranch. Lenny can be found offering laughs by the second.     Jim Nelson, Treasurer TBD.       Ray Turner, Secretary Ray and wife Patricia moved to Florida in 2003 after retiring from Southern California Edison Company. He worked for Edison for 33 years as an electrical engineer. He now works part time for Edison and commutes frequently to Los Angeles. Ray has been running shorter distances for many years, but started doing more miles by running with the club. He completed the LA marathon before joining the club and seven marathons since becoming a club member.     Stefan Thoenes, Membership Director TBD Susan Galberaith, Marketing Director TBD. Chris Byal, Board Director One of the club's hardest working and most dedicated members, Chris has lived in Sarasota-Bradenton since 2000. He's married to a fellow runner, Doris, and has an two grown children, Amy and Robert. Chris likes to run, having completed a host of 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. Chris is also a veteran of several triathlons, including St. Anthony's Triathlon in St. Pete. In his spare time, he golfs.
