Chris Byal, Treasurer One of the club's hardest working and most dedicated members, Chris has lived in Sarasota-Bradenton since 2000. He's married to a fellow runner, Doris, and has an two grown children, Amy and Robert. Chris likes to run, having completed a host of 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. Chris is also a veteran of several triathlons, including St. Anthony's Triathlon in St. Pete. In his spare time, he golfs. Bob Earley, Secretary Bob and Kim, and their three children, Jared, McKenzie, and Allison, have lived in Ohio, Kentucky, Vermont, and Texas before moving to Bradenton 3 years ago. Bob has run marathons in Texas, Florida, and Amsterdam, and is still trying to qualify for Boston. Lenny LoCastro, Marketing An insurance consultant, Lenny has finished a marathon and several 5Ks. Lenny comes from a family of runners, including his Uncle Ray, who is also a member of the club. Lenny's company, LoCastro Insurance, is a generous sponsor of our annual Boo Run at Lakewood Ranch. Lenny can be found offering laughs by the second. Nader Massoumi, Board Director A sales representative for a boat manufacturing firm, Nader has two beautiful daughters and is a former soccer player. Nader is a leading age-group runner and triathlete. He has finished a plethora of marathons including Boston, Jacksonville, and Tampa. Joan Novak, Board Director Originally from Illinois, Joan is an educator at Tara Elementary School, and advocate and supporter of the Tara Runners' Club.  Joan and her husband have a college-age son. She stays in shape through weight and strength training, and is a veteran of many 5Ks and a half marathon. Bert Panganiban, Board Director Bert has been a resident in the area since July 1997 by way of Dallas, Texas and Norman, Oklahoma. By trade, he sells advertising and is a wannabe artist/designer and musician. Married with two kids, he's also a health and fitness nut. Inclusive of 5Ks, 10Ks and long, long ago triathlons, Bert has completed four marathons: two Dallas White Rock's, Disney World, and most recently Tampa's Bank of America. Shanna Pentico, Vice President Shanna has lived in the area since 2001. Originally from Iowa, Shanna is a huge sports fanatic with an affinity for the Purdue Boilermakers. She's a pharmaceutical sales rep that just happens to also be a certified personal trainer. Shanna, who runs as a hobby, is a veteran of numerous marathons, including New York (2), Chicago, Disney, and Tampa. Roger Raddatz, President Roger has been living at Lakewood Ranch since 1996. After a 17-year hiatus, he returned to running and has enjoyed a number of 5K’s, 10K’s, and Marathons, including Disney, Chicago, and Sarasota. Roger is a SQL Server database expert and is active at Harvest Methodist. His wife, Carmen, and daughter, Kristine, have both walked/jogged the Disney half-marathon.  Roger's daughter, a junior at UF. His son is a freshman at MCC.
