About the newsletters Lakewood Ranch Running Club Newsletter is definitely a publication for our fast-growing membership. It's also much more than that; the newsletter is a vital part of our club's effort to evangelize the physical benefits, social enjoyment, and even psychological advantages that running (and walking) can provide. Lakewood Ranch Running Club Newsletter is an outreach program with stories about the very people that live in East County. Including our members, we distribute 1,000 copies quarterly throughout Lakewood Ranch and beyond - various fitness centers, banks, retailers, and community centers.
