Boo Run 2010 - Leave No Child Behind
The Lakewood Ranch Running Club is pleased to be hosting Boo Run a part of the Lakewood Ranch two-day Boo Fest family extravaganza. Start a new tradition with your family. Before you eat sweet treats this Halloween, bring your family and join us in your costume for a 5K fitness run and walk. This year’s race is raising money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Manatee County.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Manatee County serves over 9,000 under privileged youth in our area with programs that assist in their personal and scholastic development. These programs inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, caring citizens. Development courses focus on character and leadership, education and career development, health and life skills, the arts, sports, fitness and recreation
